Grand Film Memorabilia Fair & Bazaar

London in the Hopfields

A highly acclaimed presentation of life in the hopfields of Kent by film historian Barry Littlechild. The programme will include newsreels and films from the 1920s and 1930s along with a recently rediscovered drama from the 1950s set in the hopfields, and starring many British actors who went on to be household names.

The Cinema Museum’s first fundraising Memorabilia Bazaar at the end of February 2010 was a resounding success, with dealers' tables, bring and buy stall, refreshments and raffle all popular with visitors. The event was opened by Michael Winner.

Open Weekend 2009
