Our regular monthly event is a dedicated space for the celebration of all aspects of Transculture, centred around a piece of Trans Cinema – a fabulous opportunity for Trans, Intersex, Gender Queer, others and allies to socialise and network in a supportive and stimulating environment.

A hit in Thailand as well as the international film festival circuit, The Iron Ladies  follows the true events of a men’s volleyball team, composed mainly of gay and kathoey (transgender) athletes. The comedy has won ten awards (from twelve nominations), including accolades from both the Thailand National Film Association and the Toronto International Film Festival, plus the reader award of German LGBT magazine Siegessäule at the Berlin International Film Festival.

Doors open at 18.30 for a 19.30 start. Refreshments will be available in our licenced cafe/bar.
