Julia Grant and Jan Morris were different in every respect but one: that they were trans women who exposed their private lives to public view in 1970s Britain. This screening includes BBC archival footage not seen for almost half a century to revisit how two pioneering trans women understood themselves and were understood by others.

The LGBTBBC season of screenings is funded by the Arts and Humanities Council in cooperation with the BBC.

Doors open at 18.30, for a 19.30 start.
