Young women in film and media are invited to a day of short films by international women filmmakers up to 30 years, empowering workshops, inspirational speakers, Awards Ceremony and drinks reception.

GlobalGirl Media Film Festival (GGMFF) celebrates and showcases short films by young women and non-binary filmmakers. Our mission is to promote diverse women’s voices in film and media, building a global sisterhood of filmmakers.

Our in-person festival will feature high-profile industry professionals such as Channel 4 News presenter Ayshah Tull and entertainment presenter Elle Osili-Wood, as well as GlobalGirl Media UK alumnae, and will be livestreamed to this website on 17 September.

Doors open at 11.00 for a 11.30 start.

Refreshments will be available in the licensed cafe/bar.
