The Cinema Museum is sad to hear of the death of writer, broadcaster and jazz trombonist Michael Pointon. Michael was a great supporter of the Museum and its work, and also hosted several events over the years, including talks on Erich von Stroheim, Leni Reifenstahl and Tod Slaughter, and an evening interviewing Barry Cryer, which was a great success.
