6 Cup Chai posterA story about a boy who lives and works as a Tea Boy in Mumbai’s poorest slum, Dharavi. Like many village boys, he’s forced to work rather than study. He has one simple wish, to go to school like the rest of the children.

It was was screened at Festival de Cannes 2014 and won a Venus de Badalona for Best Values at FILMETS Badalona Film Festival in Spain.

It has also played at Stuttgart Indian Film Festival, Third Eye Asian Film Festival in Mumbai, Jaipur Int Film Festival, London Short Film Festival and had a Swiss premiere at the Fribourg International Film Festival. The film was also screened at the Hussein Cultural Centre, which was hosted by the Greater Amman Municipality in Jordan, with the Mayor of the city inaugurating the event. Also it was screened at the Syrian Refugee camp, Zaatari at the IMC Adolescent centres and for child cancer patients at King Hussein Cancer Centre in Amman.
