Wed 26 Aug 2015 @ 19:30 · Events

Stud LifeReShape and the Cinema Museum present the VITO Project, a series of free monthly screenings bringing generations of LGBTs together to provide an alternative space to mix, watch films and share ideas.

Stud Life (2012), directed by Campbell X, and starring T’Nia Miller, Kyle Treslove, Robyn Kerr, and Simon Savory.

In this romantic comedy about LGBT life in East London, JJ (Miller), a ‘Stud’ Lesbian, and her best friend Seb (Treslove), a gay pretty boy, work as wedding photographers. When JJ falls in love with a beautiful diva, JJ’s friendship with Seb is tested, and she is forced to chose between him and her hot new lover.

The film will be introduced by Ingo Cando, Producer of Wotever World events and Happenings, and another speaker soon to be announced. Cambell X will also be joining us as a special guest. The screening will be followed by an open discussion.

The project is endorsed by BFI Flare, 56 Dean St, Gay’s the Word, ACT UP London, Gay Mates, a Change of Scene, the Cara Trust, I-Base, UK-CAB, Naz Project & Positively UK.

Doors open at 18.30 for a 19.30 start.
