Guest Wife (1945), also known as What Every Woman Wants, is a comedy directed by Sam Wood and starring Claudette Colbert, Don Ameche and Dick Foran.

Colbert and Foran play Christopher and Mary Price, a happily married couple from a small town in Ohio, who are about to spend their second honeymoon in New York. Then Christopher’s childhood friend, newspaper reporter Joe Parker (Ameche), contacts them with a favour to ask. He has been kidding his boss for years that he is married to Mary, in order to get extra vacation time. Will she help him out by playing along with the deception… ?
